Hmmmmm.....

Its not that funny. Soooooorrrrrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyy.

It's good!

Why drop the intro synth though? If you kept it going it wouldve really worked damnit! But it's stilll really good anyhoo! But maybe try sustaining some of the synths more for a bit of a more memorable sound! Still, awesome!

SICK BRO!

Nice! Although I would be interested if you wouldnt mind sending me the vox file dude! How did you glitch it btw? Just interested in the awesome production!

EchozAurora responds:

dBlue Glitch and a shit ton of automation. Mostly.

I zoomed in real close on the playlist editor and just fucked around with it til I got what I wanted more or less. =P

Thanks for the review!

Not the best audio subission ever on NGAP...

But still awesome and well worthy of 10 stars.

Plus its fucking iconic man.

Good luck man!

I'm entering too and it looks like you got us by the short ones! If this wasn't so cool, youd be an asshole!

Where was I? Oh yeah, whats that word: REVIEW!

Loved the way were able to alter tempo part to part and alter dynamics pretty perfectly. This is no light compliment BTW: Tempo change is all in the delicacy and most people only really know two dynamics: RnB ballad and Mozart! The breaking of the chords was an expert touch too, very subtle! This was expertly developed and for performance it must be said you NAILED it!

Composition wise it was beautiful but towards the end I found myself listening for the performance not the song. Which is cool, but maybe holding you back a little from reaching the really high corners of the genre. Maybe more development of the motifs over more complex basslines towards the ends: What the hell, go virtusoso!

Well needless to say that REALLY doesnt constitute a tenth of the mark so I'll give you a ten man!

You deserve it!

Love & peace.

Thx a lot! I'll be checking your stuff too... Sorry if it took so long to answer... I was out of it all for a while.

Nice!

Fits teh purpose! Probably build on it more- more layers. Great potential.

Catstuffer responds:

Thanks, I wanted to keep it simple to keep the ambient feel. Thanks for you thoughts!

Nice!

All i can really give you definite marks for is performance, but the guitar and drums were done greatly over the synths! Maybe show off more with the time you get for a short loop! Twiddle into the void with shredding and drum solos. NGAP loves that shit!

Performance: 5/6
Instrumentation: 2/2
Mixing: 1/2

THE BASTARDS DIDNT REVIEW! WTF?

So I'm reviewing even though I'm giving it a four!

****TO CAPTURE THE ELUSIVE FIVE****

-Try using a stadium style build up.

This could be achieved by adding a stadium style build up using a bandpass/ filter effect when it seems to have ended/ gone stagnant.

-Try using filters/ bandpasses for build ups.

EVERYONE FUCKING LOVES EM!

-Vocals.

NGAP doesn't seem to care if you're actually shite.

</rant>

Nice!

But you missed the perfect opportunity for a drum n bass beat, which would've made it invincible! However, it is completely original And works at being original! Maybe a few more synths a little sooner (like a stadium chorusy synth around 1:20) but of course I'm not familiar with Reason 4.

Composition: 4/4
Instrumentation: 2/3
Performance: NA
Structure: 3/3

Look at you, you featured artist!

Getting you some well deserved attention man! Nice tunage!
